Description
A universal socket will be an indispensable accessory when you need to tighten (or loosen) many bolts with heads of different diameters.
The attachment is equipped with 54 steel pins. Under pressure, the pins “retract” 9 mm into the attachment housing. These pins easily adapt to bolts or nuts of any shape (hexagonal, square) with a diameter ranging from 7 to 19 mm. This socket can also easily handle eye bolts, loops, hooks, wing nuts, and similar fasteners.
The bit is equipped with a 3/8″ square drive for attachment to a ratchet wrench. The set also includes an adapter that converts the 3/8″ square drive to a 6.35 mm hex shank. You’ll need this adapter if you’re using the bit with a drill or screwdriver. The adapter’s square shank features a ball lock for a secure fit.
