Delivery and payment
How fast do you deliver orders?
Delivery across Ukraine takes 2-5 business days. Orders placed before 18:00 are shipped the next day.
Is there free delivery?
Yes!!! Delivery is free for orders over 1000 UAH. For smaller amounts, the delivery cost is 150 UAH.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by card (online), cash on delivery (by mail/courier), and through systems: Privat24, Monobank, LiqPay.
Can I pay by installments?
Yes, you can pay by installments through PrivatBank («Purchase by installments») and Monobank («Installment plan») without a commission.
Returns and warranty
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, without damage.
Write to our support or call us (+38 067 683 45 98). We will send you instructions and a return label. The funds will be returned to the card within 5 business days.
Do not accept the parcel in the presence of a courier/postal worker - take a picture of the damage and let us know right away. We will replace the goods for free.
