How to distinguish a real Neocube from fakes

In a real Neocube, all the balls should be in the shape of a sphere, not an oval, and they should all be exactly the same size (5, 6, 7 or 8 mm in diameter). The coating of the balls must be very well polished. The deviation in the size of the balls should not exceed +/- 0.02 mm-0.03 mm for balls with a diameter of 5 mm. For balls with diameters of 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, a different tolerance is required, which is also highly accurate. Please note that Neocube 4.6-4.8 mm is a completely different puzzle. The production of such balls is about 30% cheaper than a Neocube with 5mm diameter balls. Another important characteristic of a «proper Neocube» is the magnetization of the beads. The chain of beads should not break under a weight of 400 grams.
