Acceptance of orders through the shopping cart - around the clock All the goods presented in our online store are located in warehouses in such cities of Ukraine as Odesa and Lviv. Before sending orders to our customers, all goods are carefully checked. The goods are shipped by Nova Poshta and UkrPoshta. We work with cash on delivery and full prepayment to a PrivatBank or Monobank card. Delivery of orders takes from 1 to 3 days.
When you receive the parcel at the post office, carefully inspect your order and make sure there is no visible mechanical damage. If there is any damage or you received the wrong product that you ordered in our online store, immediately take a photo of the product without leaving the post office and send it to our Viber. Then you refuse the parcel and send it back to the warehouse. Soon, the warehouse should replace the damaged goods with new ones and send the parcel back to you completely at its own expense. Almost all of our products have a two-week warranty period. Our online store has a status in the “Nova Poshta” online store, so parcels that have arrived at their destination are at the post office for 7 working days, on the 8th day the parcel is returned.
